- Took active part in gameplay development, and led the design and balancing of the βSpoilsβ sub-game).

- Developed & ran DEI & outreach opportunities (Game Devs of Colour sponsorship, dedicated internships).

This role presented many brand new challenges and opportunities, and the change to a smaller team size, different project scale and role served as an avenue for a lot of personal development. Saltsea was a complete departure from my previous projects in terms of genre, but I was still able to draw on relevant past experience to provide expertise on areas such as accessibility, menu/UI design, board game design, and general technical matters, right from the outset.
I also wrote and published videos about the development of the in-game card game we created for Saltsea, called Spoils.
